I bought our wedding rings here after searching all over Des Moines to find a jeweler. I chose Anglo because I was not treated like a child when I walked in, and they spent plenty of time with me helping me to choose my ring. It was also great because you could really choose any design of the ring you wanted- if anything did not fit perfectly they would work with you to make it everything you even dreamed of. They were great, and my ring is beautiful!

After looking at 13 jewelry stores this summer in the Des Moines area we decided to go into Anglo International. I am so, so, so glad we did. We got a beautiful ring at an awesome price. The service is wonderful. The staff made us feel like friends and not just customers. They far outweighed any of the other stores we had gone into for service and quality of product. The store is gorgeous. You don't have to stick to a service plan every 6 months to keep up the warranty on your ring. You can take your ring anytime.
I love my ring. I've had it for a little over a week and have had so many compliments. I can tell some ladies are even jealous! Gotta love that! For once I'm not the jealous one! We will always buy from ANGLO now! I highly recommend them. Go there--You won't regret it!

Anglo was the absolute best when it came to buying my wedding ring. The day we came in, my fiancé and I were greeted warmly (as I am every time I've walked in since as well). Craig was great to work with and was extremely patient as we went around from case to case trying on different styles. He took the time to explain the ring verbiage we didnt understand and left us feeling much more knowledgeable about the whole process by the time we walked out.
My ring ended up being a custom job and it turned out beautifully, just as we had requested the specifications. It's been a year, and I'm still getting compliments on how gorgeous it is.
Because of the shape of my ring, the sizing of it is a little different than a normal ring. However, Anglo was great about servicing it and adjusting the band until it fit perfectly. There was another time one of the smaller diamonds had fallen out after I'd had it cleaned at Anglo, and they were fantastic about getting it fixed quickly at no additional charge. Their customer service is the best I've encountered!
My husband and I have been Anglo customers since 2011. My engagement ring, wedding bands and husband's wedding ring were all from Anglo. We have been very pleased with the customer service, atmosphere and products of Anglo. We highly recommend this family owned business!
We have been customers of Anglo since my husband bought my diamond earrings for our first Christmas together. We hadn't discussed engagement rings and when my husband went to look, Everyone was incredibly helpful. We also purchased our wedding bands, and there was some concern that my band wouldn't come in on time because it was a special order from Tacori, but sure enough it was not only on time, but a week early! We frequently pop in to have jewelry cleaned and checked, and the staff always remembers us. Great family owned business with amazing customer service and gorgeous jewels!
I do not write many reviews but Anglo has exceeded expectations. I bought an Hamilton Watch from them around ten months ago and in that time a piece of the band has broken off. This is clearly not Anglo's fault so I emailed Hamilton to resolve the issue and they said the band was not under warranty.
Anglo, however, took it upon themselves to order me a new band ($114.00 msrp from hamilton) and replace it all free of charge. Customer service is above and beyond here.
If you are in the market for a fine new watch, Anglo is where I would go hands down.

We have used this place multiple times for jewelry repair. I can't recommend it enough. They are always quick in getting repairs done and do a very high quality of work. I lost my wedding ring in a parking lot and found it a week and a half later in pretty rough shape. It looked like it had been run over several times and had big huge gouges in it. I don't know how but Anglo was able to fix it up and when I got it back it looked brand new.
When it comes to jewelry help I can't recommend Anglo enough.
